What's it all about?
The Guided Meditation class is somewhere you can unwind, reconnect with your inner self, and cultivate a deep sense of calm. In this session, you’ll be gently led through a series of mindful practices, designed to relax your body, quiet your mind, and nourish your spirit.

We’ll begin by settling into a comfortable seated or lying position, allowing you to release any tension in your body. The session will then move into focused breathwork, helping you to anchor yourself in the present moment. As you follow the soothing voice of the wee wellness woman, you’ll be invited to explore various meditation techniques, including visualization, body scans, and loving-kindness practices. Each segment is crafted to foster relaxation, self-awareness, and emotional balance.

You’ll find that the gentle guidance allows you to connect more deeply with your inner peace, leaving you feeling refreshed, centered, and more resilient.

What to bring?
I supply the mats and a cushion but please feel to bring anything that makes you comfortable. Some people like to bring a small blanket, extra cushion or eyemask. You may bring water but I ask that no other foods or drinks are brought into the venue unless for health reasons.
